To whom it may concern, 

My name is Luke Davies, and I am a physiotherapist and PhD candidate at the Centre for Health, Exercise & Sports Medicine within the physiotherapy department at Melbourne University. My thesis is investigating enhancing physiotherapy care delivered via telehealth (videoconferencing and telephone) in which we have developed an international core capability framework for physiotherapists to deliver quality care via videoconferencing. The manuscript has been accepted into the Journal of Physiotherapy and will be published in October. The study was overseen by an international steering group of experts in physiotherapy and telehealth to ensure quality. Participants included physiotherapy researchers and clinicians, representatives of physiotherapy organisations and consumers. 130 panellists from 32 countries participated in Round 1 of the survey with retention rates of 65% and 60% in Rounds 2 and 3 respectively. The final framework comprised 60 specific capabilities across 7 domains.
